New Installation And Repair Service Continued As Normal During PKP

Telekom Malaysia has now announced that they will continue to install new and repair services at customer premises as usual throughout the PKP - except in the PKPD zone and the Home Observation and Surveillance Order (HSO).


At the same time, TM also said that customer service hours, including TMpoint premises nationwide, will remain as usual, while adhering to SOPs as well as TM's additional safety guidelines. However, interactions will be limited to important transactions only - such as new service applications, payments, complaints, inquiries, and SIM card collection.
