Singapore is a republic that is the favorite location of various of the world's largest technology companies making it a hub in the Southeast Asian region.

Passengers can book seats on this bus through an application, and the fare to board this bus is as low as SGD $ 0.20 (RM0.60) only.

Although this bus technically does not need a driver, as it is still in the test phase, a driver will still be in the driver's seat to ensure that the bus does not cause accidental accidents.

This is not the first time the government has introduced self-driving vehicle testing on their roads. In 2015, a self-driving bus test was conducted, and recently, the Singapore government has also begun testing road sweeping vehicles to ensure the roads in the country remain clean.
