Since 2018, it has been heard that Google will terminate the Google Play Music service. Starting in 2019, YouTube Music has made Google the default audio app for Android devices. Last August, Google announced that Google Play Music will be terminated and users should switch to YouTube Music. Slowly, Google invites users to switch to YouTube Music - such as closing the music store on the Play Store, giving notifications, free YouTube Music subscription offers, and more.
Recently, Google Play Music has finally expired. This application can no longer be used. Users will be asked to download the YouTube Music app or subscribe to it to enjoy music. Many are dissatisfied, because when Google Play Music - users have to buy their own songs for storage. But when replaced with streaming, which users no longer have access to these kinds of music causes many to be disappointed.
But whatever the force, Google has switched to a streaming platform because that is the latest trend to compete with Spotify, Apple Music, and others.
