Earlier this morning we reported that Astro will no longer broadcast Disney networks. These include Disney XD, Disney Channel HD, and Disney Junior HD.

Shortly afterward, Disney also confirmed that they will expand their video streaming service, Disney + to more countries in the Asian region. After Indonesia, it seems that now is Singapore's turn to welcome the presence of the service.

Disney has opened a special Disney + Twitter account for the Singapore market and has announced that it will arrive on February 23.

Recently, Disney was also reported to have taken on Ahmad Izham Omar as Disney + Southeast Asia Content Head. With the big announcement made by Disney today about the television series and movies that will arrive on the platform next year, it is hoped that Malaysians will be able to subscribe to it soon.
