After more than 20 years on the pitch, Norhafiz Zamani Misbah will now be imparting his knowledge and experience on the sidelines. The 39-year-old defender, who played for Negri Sembilan in the Premier League last year, has announced that he has hung up his boots to go into coaching.
Besides that, he has landed a job at the National Football Development Programme (NFDP) Mokhtar Dahari Academy in Gambang, Pahang, where he will be grooming the next generation of footballers.
Since making his debut in 2001 for Negri Sembilan, he has won three FA Cups (2003,2006 and 2015), a Super League title in 2005 and Malaysia Cup in 2011. He also won the best national defender award in 2011 and has 65 caps for the country.
